Multi-media filtration

Multi-media filtration is the most common type of water filtration. Each filter has multiple layers of media, with the densest at the bottom and the lightest at the top.

These filters are used to pretreat water, improving the overall effectiveness of the treatment process by reducing silt density index (SDI) and total suspended solids (TSS).
