Coagulation – flocculation
The ODIS Coagulation-Flocculation water treatment process is used to remove solids, clarify water, thicken sludge, and dewater solids in wastewater.
Coagulation neutralizes the negative charge on particles, destabilizing them. Flocculation then gathers these particles together, causing them to clump and settle out of the solution. This process typically uses inorganic, organic or a combination of coagulants.
